The holidays are a special time of year for our apartment renters and tenants and our staff.
However, urgent or emergency maintenance issues do not take a holiday break.
As always, tenants can call their on-site resident manager during their business hours or our office 24 hours a day (☎️ 204-339-0461) and leave an emergency voicemail if they have an emergency or urgent repair matter such as no heat, a burst pipe or a clogged toilet. An on call manager will address all emergency calls.
To best serve our tenants and renters over this 2022-2023 holiday season, our office will only be closed for one business day during this holiday season, that being Monday, January 3, 2022. You can also view our Google Business Profile Listing.
Our office will be open for regular office hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) every week day except for Friday, December 24, 2022, when we will close at 3 PM.
