Apples and oranges
What's the difference between our $970 suite and an $850 apartment offered by someone else?
We break down why our inclusive pricing offers you the best value.
Most of our properties look expensive but we have inclusive pricing. Once you add the extra cost of electricity, cable TV and parking we generally end up offering you a less expensive cost of living. As an example electricity in an apartment can run $60 - $70 per month. Cable TV costs a minimum of $73 per month. A parking stall will add $35 per month.
If you add all of these to the $850 bargain price you end up paying $1,038 per month for an apartment that is smaller, less sound proof and not as well decorated as our apartment at $970. Apples and oranges. We look more expensive at first blush but once you know the facts we offer the best value in renting an apartment in Winnipeg. Get in touch today, Contact Us.
